Components:

• Strengthen ABDM ecosystem and support the government with evidence-based decision making via sustainable digital orchestration, building digital capabilities and innovations.
• Reduction in risks of probable High Risk Pregnant (HRP) women, strengthening the referral system to expedite immunization, treatment & follow up of maternal, pre-natal, post-natal, infant & Childhood care.
• Early detection of TB & strengthening the referral system to expedite testing, treatment & follow up.
• Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of governance at all levels through district command & control center

The key focus areas are to accelerate adoption of ABDM building blocks and ensure interoperability across disparate systems. We also enable digitization of health facilities across the districts including frontline workers, and automation of ASHA incentives. Finally, the goal is to enable data-led decision making to enhance health outcomes.
