This case study highlights the impact of Mission Unnayan’s NI Tag App which has enabled 275 institutes in Bihar, to have their data successfully verified, creating a reliable, centralized map of nursing institutes across the state.
By joining the Bihar Nursing Registration Council’s (BNRC) NI Tag initiative, an institute can adopt a new digital system aimed at improving the accuracy of institute locations across the state.
The mobile app allows them to quickly register key details such as the institute’s name, contact information, and geographic coordinates (longitude and latitude). The user-friendly interface makes it easy for the team to capture and upload these details, along with a photo of the institute’s main entrance for verification. They can also track their submission status in real time, providing much-needed transparency.
