66-year-old Jasimuddin Sheikh was facing chronic health issues but was unable to identify the cause of his symptoms. Due to financial constraints, he was reluctant to visit private facilities. Upon hearing about our interventions in Bokaro, he visited the MMU where he was diagnosed with high blood sugar (270 mg/dl) and hypertension (148/64 mmHg).
The MMU medical team devised a comprehensive treatment plan including timely follow-ups, medications and recommended dietary and lifestyle modifications.
Jasimuddin shares his experience:
“It was relieving to see that within a year, due to the MMU team’s efforts, there were significant improvements in my blood sugar levels (116 mg/dl) and blood pressure (138/86 mmHg). I felt a marked improvement in my quality of life and got immediate relief from my symptoms.”
