Centres Of Excellence

Our Centres of Excellence (CoE) are driving sustainable healthcare transformation. Guided by the key tenets of systems thinking and the impact we would like to bring about, our work is now anchored across Four COEs.

These four CoEs have been conceptualised to drive digital adoption and strengthen governance in the public health ecosystem. They will work in tandem to drive information system changes within the public health sector by improving digital capabilities, enhancing access to relevant information, strengthening governance and review platforms, and enhancing data quality.

Our CoEs will develop and amplify products and solutions. They will also build partnerships to leverage and add value to the digital health ecosystem.

Change Management

Digital Bharat Collaborative’s journey of transformation is being led by women and youth. Our change agents are the inspirational Gandhi Fellows and Karuna Fellows.

Gandhi Fellows

The Gandhi Fellowship was born 17 years ago, to create future leaders by developing new age leadership skills in young people.

The Fellowship aims to mould a generation of changemakers equipped to address complex challenges and contribute meaningfully to a rapidly evolving world. Today, Fellow Alumni are changing their ecosystems across diverse sectors, where they continue to excel and contribute.

To date, we have 265 Fellows (including Alumni) in Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh.

Karuna Fellows

Karuna Fellowship was started in 2020 to empower young women from rural areas and provide them the agency to contribute meaningfully to the ecosystem.

Today, Fellows, equipped with digital skills and appropriate mindset, are charting new territory and leaving a mark. Several have emerged as role models, inspiring thousands of young women.

To date, this journey of change is being accelerated by over 171 Karuna Fellows, across Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Maharashtra and Telangana. We are proud that of these, 35 Fellows are alumni who are soaring high as they move towards realizing their aspirations. 28 Alumni are making a difference in their places of work.

This flipbook captures the inspiring stories of Karuna Fellows.
